• Dave’s Background… Dave was born and raised in Plymouth, IN and is a graduate of Plymouth High School. He obtained his Auctioneer license before graduating high school, then attended Ball State University before deciding on the path of Real Estate. He received his license in 1999, and in 2000 he joined RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty. Dave recognizes that the future of real estate depends on the implementation of technology to support the business. In his 11 years in real estate, Dave has received several Awards and recognitions including 2007 NCIAR Realtor of the Year, a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club for multiple years and he is the President Elect for the Indiana Chapter of CRS for 2011. Dave is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and in 2010 he received Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification.
• Dave currently resides in Argos, IN with his wife, 2 children and 2 dogs. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, golfing and boating. He is an active member of the community working with multiple charitable organizations including The United Way, and is an active member of Kiwanis.
